Twice born star VS Seducer set for the pure healer (PVE)

Hello everyone!
I'm a Breton healer thinking about upgrading my gear from V14 to V16. At the moment I wear 5 seducer and 5 Healer Habbit.
My stats are 35k magicka pool and around 1200 magicka regen (mage mundus stone). I have an idea to increase slightly my magicka regen while keeping my magicka pool at the same level. That means to craft myself a Twice born star (TBS) set and get the mage and atronach mundus stones.
Considering that Seducer set gives magicka, magicka regen and 8% magicka cost reduction and TBS set gives the eventual increase of max magicka and magicka regen (with mage and atronach mundus stones chosen) would it be effective to choose TBS set instead of Seducer set?
Has anyone tried to compare the stats of these sets?
The issue is wether the 2 mundus stone bonus from TBS set compensate the additional magicka regen and 8 % reduced spell cost of Seducer set.
The other question is the impact of the infused trait used in Seducer set in comparison with divines trait used in TBS set if all the gear is magicka enchanted.
