No Forum Invite Mail?

I recently added a second account. Everything went fine, but I never received the e-mail inviting me to sign up for the forums. I'm just wondering if this is to avoid duplication or is an actual bug. I used the same name/address, just different e-mail address. I've seen where people "don't exist" sometimes and want to be sure that doesn't happen. I don't need the invite, as my main account has forum access (obviously), just want to avoid possible future issues.
