DK - Mountain's Blessing and Minor Brutality

Currently, my character sheet does not show any weapon damage buff when I use an Earthen Heart ability. I've checked on my templar, sorc and NB - minor sorc for templar, the spell crit buff for sorc, and can't remember the one for NB, but all their minor buffs that proc off of an ability also apply to the caster of that ability. For some reason, a DK doesn't get their class Minor buff.

I disabled all addons that could mess with the character sheet, and tested with Igneous Shield and Fossilize. Neither ability changed the weapon damage value on my character sheet.

I had recently respeced, so relogged just to make sure it wasn't the recent respec messing with things. Tested again, same result - Minor Brutality doesn't proc off Igneous Shield or Fossilize.
