[suggestions] Argonian Racial Passives

Ok, it's damn near unanimously clear that the Argonian racials are the worst of all the races, and this is just my suggestion for a small tweak to Amphibious racial to make the race a lot more attractive, while maintaining the unique feel of the race and not just slapping another Magicka/Stamina% max bonus on them.

Right now the racial is:
Increases swimming speed by 50% and whenever you drink a potion you are restored 2/5/8% of your Max Health, Magicka, and Stamina

My suggestion:
Increases swimming speed by 50% and increases the effects of all potions by x/x/x%.

This would fit many different playstyles and would allow for Argonians to fill different roles favorably.

I'm an Argonian myself and, we've been buffed this patch that's true, and it's still not enough, doesn't matter who I ask, the answer will always be "yeah... i guess it's better now but you're still the worst race there is I guess " Same answer diferent people.
It's stupid.
Everybody knows that.
(I've seen that post reclaiming class change, I surely want this too)
But I love my Argonian, just because I like Argonians so I would like to be able to stay that way. Nobody thought Argonians where OP, so we could go back to increasing the effectiveness of potions. Why not?

Beyond Beta, I didn't start playing the game until recently, so if that's how the racial once was why did they nerf it to what it is now? Especially when there are clearly superior racials for most builds?
