Mist form for sorcs

So I really want to RP a vampire and like the changes to the drain coming out but I can't find a reason to use mist form as a sorc. It would seem as a sorc that both morphs of mist form are inferior to bolt escape and boundless storm in every way. Has anyone found any reason to use either of the morphs as a sorc?

mrdankles✭✭✭Hell yeah. 75% damage reduction and 40% movement for elusive. Works well for me PVP mostly. Stack it with a shield and boom little to no damage and throw liquid Thunder and mist again, rinse and repeat while you hope for a frag proc.0

✭✭PvP works ridiculously well.
You can use it to hide/juke.
Siege (especially Coldharbor Siege), just Mist Form, and wait for the 3 ticks to end and there you go, barely any damage.
It also works wonders against Meteor.0
