Elder Scrolls e-mails are in French?

So I received an e-mail to register my forum account today, however the whole thing is in French and provides the link to the French version of the site.
Will future e-mails from ESO also be in French? Because I don't speak French...
Regardless of how many e-mails you send to me in French I will not give up trying to get it resolved.
