Rings and neck assessories not doing anything in pvp since ic
My rings and neck assessories do not seem to be doing nothing in pvp, when I take rings and neck of my character my specs stay the same, I have lost nearly 10k of magicka and 1000 regen when I go into pvp, is anybody else having this proplem
