Unable to log on as most of my characters.

I cannot log into MOST of my characters including my MAIN, as they are in Rivenspire and the loading screen is endless (left it for 10mins+ and no progress, many many attempts). This is not acceptable as it means I cannot play the game I am paying an active subscription for.

Please don't send me a stock text reply with idiocy about addons (disabling them hasn't helped), router or similar. I need you to move my characters please, or otherwise allow me to access them.

My Crafter is in Riften and I can't log on to him as well. I have loggged on and tried playing but after 10min's it boots me out. Now I cant even log in to it it kicks me out to sign in splash page.

I disabled out of date add-ons and it seemed to have helped my conectivity
