@aialghannam_ESO @Wing Rumor has it that PVE's tanks are currently held hostage by the emperors of Cyrodil, and locked away "safely" in Molag Bal's prisons. The same is to be said of the location of PVE's Nightblade dodge rollers.
Band Camp statements: To state "But this one time I saw X doing X... so that justifies X" Refers to the Band camp statement.

If they did it as what I described above then we'd have the PvE group satisfied as well as the PvP group satisfied instead of just appealing to one audience.

To clarify, "Battle Roar" is a Dragonknight passive. What you may be refering to is the Battle Spirit buff in Cyrodiil.
That aside, I do agree with that statement. It would satisfy both groups. However, this nerf does NOT kill PvE tanks. I'm not sure most have noticed, but a healer can essentially heal through most anything but getting one shot by a boss. This is pointing at the DPS. Stack 17k-20k+ health and you wont have an issue as long as the healer is doing their job.
Now look at tanks. Probably wearing all heavy armor or at least a 5 piece. I myself have 27k armor and spell resistance UNBUFFED. I can simply walk into a group with my taunts, talons, and vigor and not holding block but for a couple instances.
It is a little different from before, but this doesn't break tanking. Learn to adapt or die. Simply put.

that's true you can see it in the trailers!
NB dies (cannot dodge roll)

Please ZOS if you read this, give us back our pre-update 7 PvE tanks. Stamina regen should not have been nerfed in any situation anyway. It's already a pool that governs weapon skills, rolling, sprinting and blocking.
And please please do NOT make some half-hearted attempts to fix this (such as -x% stamina regen while blocking,) no! Just remove the nerf completely.
P.S. To those who exclusively play PvP, just know that this update utterly destroys tanks in PvE. So, consider that before blindly defending the nerf.

So we have to adapt to a horrible mechanic update because a small amount of tanks say its fine, adapt? When only the top tanks can "adapt" then you alienate most of your tanks. This just snowballs into most people not being able to find a tank to do dungeons/trials so they quit playing altogether.

Do you mean Magicka builds or Sorcerer class? I've played a Sorc Tank since launch and have a lot of fun with it. The issue is that ZOS named the class Sorcerer, so most people understandably label is a caster class and call it good. They could have used better names for the classes because they were so intent on showing off how any class could play any role.

Today i healtanked V16 EH and tanked V16 WGT without problems. You need to adjust to this change, but i agree that it is quite strange. Though i can kinda understand it (from an PvE perspective). Tanks almost never needed a healer anyways, so that may be another reason? Anyways, i do cannot follow the logic behind this attempted fix. Seems kinda offputting for new tanks to me (or tanks in general).

not represented, shame too as its abilities would have looked cool in the trailer.
