Option to have damage dealt "pop ups" on screen?

Idk if there is an option I can change to make it so the amount damage I do pops up on the screen but it would be nice to know. Also to have a count down for the abilities and skills that have timed effects. Ur thoughts?

Devs have said they are looking into a feature which will didplay damage numbers and prehsps effect trackers. No ETA and little on details of whst all it will include.
