Ridiculously long loading screen - Doomcrag in Rivenspire (Cadwell's Silver)

Ive worked my way through the Rivenspire Questline and everything was fine until now. When I try to enter the ornate gateway to do the final part of the quest, I hit a seemingly neverending loading screen. I waited about 10 minutes on the loading screen before being able to enter.

Yes, I am sitting in the loading screen right now and it's been about 5 minutes.
