Veteran battle leveling

Anyone fill me in on what kind of stats the veteran battle leveling gives?

Battle Leveling:
The Battle Leveling system has been updated to include Veteran Ranks.
Players that opt into Battle Leveling will be roughly equivalent in power to a VR14 player in moderate-quality gear.

On my VR3 NB Khajiit, naked with no skill points used, no mundus buff, and active health/stamina food buff:

16444 Magicka
33030 Health
21176 Stamina

618 Magicka Recovery
399 Health Recovery
634 Stamina Recovery

1381 Spell/Weapon Damage
10% Spell/Weapon Critical
9171 Spell Resistance
8978 Physical Resistance

Will probably run drinks instead of food on battle leveled characters, however.

Lol true.. I'm a magicka dk and roll around with 20k health. Vet 1 is gonna have 13k more. That's messed up.
