You would think after over a year someone at ZOS could have either got this skill working or just given up and given us a working skill instead?

The bit where I trigger it and mobs or players still see me and hit me with single target skills even if I trigger it multiple times.

Could be everyone and everything in IC is equipped with det pots but the odds of that seem low.
