Hi all,
With the reset of attributes and points coming with the patch, I thought this would be the ideal time to respec my High Elf VR 9 Templar. I haven't been really happy with it for ages. I'd prefer to be Magicka based.
I use a sword and shield and resto staff, I'd prefer to be Magicka based and am 95% PVE. Design my build? Understand it's annoying to have noobs asking questions. I basically played the game as a single-player, role-player and it's really inefficient.

✭✭✭After IC patch...best templar pvp build =
Go to character screen and create a sorc or nb.
Luckily you are 95% pve so it doesn't matter, go for high spell damage, high total magicka, sustain long term fights in terms of resources, spell damage potions so you have high damage and big heals.
