Everytime I enter a loading screen UI scale resets

Anyone else have this bug? I can't play this game until this is fixed. Looks like UI is designed for blind people at this scale.

    In giant letters in the middle of the screen is a bit distracting

    Yes I am having this issue. Does not seem to be caused by add-ons so far as I can tell.
