Lagg/delay/health desync?

Been playing this whole morning, im having a hard time enjoying combat to it fullest due to some wierd stuff going on. I tought this was on pts only due to lagg. But its still here on liveeu now. Sometimes my crystal shards etc dont seem to make much of an impact and when mobs/players are at like 40% hp my endless fury starts proccing on them and then ...pooof they die. Like their health just ....not sure. Same with monsters and sometimes they have a huge delay on dying..they just stand there for a few secs then...they fall over dead.

Whats going on?

There has been some more reported lag. We seem to have it after patches and it goes away, usually, after a day or two.

However the lag would explain what is happening to you. Your attacks are landing, it's just the game is not telling you in a timely manner that they have. Which is why your Fury attack seems to proc early, it's not really, you just have not seen the drop in health yet.

To avoid the lag, if you have any content in a less populated area, do that for a couple of days until it, hopefully, settles out.

Okthank you, sounds logical enough. Btw this happened to me both on harerus eu and craglorn/bangokarai.
