Any changes with new ic sets from 2.1.3 pts to 2.1.4 live?

Does somebody know if they adjusted new imperial city sets from pts 2.1.3 to the live patch 2.1.4, or is it still the same? I am especially interested in allegedly changes with the shield breaker and the black rose set.
