Is there a work around to get me and my friend to be able to use dungeon finder together?

When I que in dungeon finder solo, it works out, but when I do it with my friend in the party the que never ends...
What's a good way to work around it? Besides standing out side the dungeon...because if I wanted to do a dungeon outside of my faction, I can't stand outside the dungeon trying to group with people.
