Give Elude Major Brutality (Evasion Morph)

Most stamina user's want a source of Major Brutality. So you are forced to use Momentum on the 2 hand skill line. Hidden blade got it's damage nerf'd to reflect Momentum and now has Major Brutality. Hidden blade is still way worse off compared to Momentum because you cannot activate this from stealth and use your skill of choice for the stealth damage multiplier.
All though, Heavy Armour user's in PTS now have plenty of mitigation with the new Armour set's. Armour/spell penetration fixes also help tremendously. So medium Armour feel's pretty lack luster.
We could know Buff Medium Armour by giving the Evasion Morph Elude, Major Brutality. You can use this buff in stealth and you are not forced to use Momentum or Hidden Blade. The Elude Morph is already pretty useless as it is.
This would fix plenty of problem's and we could revert the change's to Hidden Blade.

I get that there are plenty of thread's about this topic already but nothing is being done. So here is another solution.
I like this solution because you could potentially run DW/Bow (no need to slot hidden blade when you have a whole bar dedicated for range) or Bow/Bow and have a source of Major Brutality.
