Have Alliance Rank and Undaunted been made account-wide yet?

No. If you want high alliance rank on multiple characters, you have to earn it. same with undaunted.

Isn't the point that they already have earned it?
It's kind of redundant to repeatedly earn it over and over.

Suck it up, buttercup. You have to do the same with almost everything else. You have to earn skillpoints, achievements, recipes, traits, mount training, Fighter's Guild ranks, Mage's Guild ranks, ledgerdemain, etc.... on each and every character separately. Just be glad that Champion Points, dyes, and mounts are shared.

Undaunted is easy as hell to get just run pledges every day. We've gotten down to the point where we can easily 3-man the harder dungeons without a strict healer/tank combo.

Nope, and I believe they were asked this a few EOS lives back and the answer, was we looked into it but no plans at this time.

If you thing the CP bloat advantages some players have over others is a problem, think how bad it would be if they had access to high level Alliance skills on Blackwater.

I would be ok with this as part of a larger change to limit players to one alliance.

While it would shorten the amount of time needed to level alts, I still lean toward it being better to have to reacquire skills for them rather then have them given out for free.

I'm PvP player and Undaunted passives is cool, and I have this passives on main character, but on other characters... No thanks.

I wouldn't mind seeing alliance rank shared, but not the alliance war skill line, between accounts on the same faction (though I think entire accounts should be faction bound). As for Undaunted - not necessary at all.
