Logical Suggestion for Faction Changing

People have been posting about wanting this so I came up with a method that I think might work.

Rules for Faction Changing:
- Must complete the main story of the faction you wish to change to.
- Must wait at least 1 week to change factions after the first time.
- Faction Change is available at any time provided the above prerequisites are met which means when available you can change at your leisure.

Pros to this method:
Incentive to actually go through the Veteran Ranks beyond what incentives there already are.
No possible clashing with in-game mechanics such as quests and the ability to travel to a new faction area too soon since you have already gone there by then.
1 week delay is equivalent to biting and prevents frequent switching for PvP benefits.

Cons to this method:
You must be Veteran Rank to change factions.
You must complete all required quests which can get pretty bleh if you don't like questing or too much questing.

Feel free to add to, comment on, or elaborate further on this idea but personally I think this would work out. It is neither too good nor too bad for the game in my opinion.

There is a good reason to make completion of all of cadwells a prerequesite... as example:

Character A starts in the Daggerfall Covenant, finished the story there, goes on to Cadwells silver doing the Aldmeri Dominion, finished this and decides to switch to AD. Character A is now AD-aligned, having just finished the AD story back in DC-silver... and now should go cadwells gold, which... oops, for AD that's doing the Daggerfall Covenant, which our little character has already done back before veteran ranks, and the Ebonheart Pact was skipped, since that would have been cadwells gold back in DC which our character didn't do before the change; and would have been cadwells silver now in AD which is already past our character thenks to doing silver back when still DC...

Thus the best way to avoid any such oopsies is to keep any possible faction change locked until all of cadwells is done, and all stories of the three alliances are finished. Then everything is done, at least mainstory-wise, and no mixups as to having to do a territory twice or skipping one would be possible.

A week cooldown might be implemented, though if they make it costly enough, it would not have to be. If someone wants to hop around the alliances twice a week, let them pay through their nose for it... if every switch carries a 30$ price tag in the crown store, people would think twice about it... which is as I think it ought to be.

If anything was needed to carry some drawback for alliance-hopping, especially for PvP, I'd suggest having a "not yet fully trusted" debuff in your new faction that halves all alliance rank and AP gains... and lasts, oh, say three months real time.
