How can I remove Fog on a Mac? (without ESO launcher)

I play ESO on a mac. It's pretty decent, though I haven't found a way to install/use eso launcher or sweet fx on my machine because of the way they both work. What I'm wondering is if there's a way I can edit the settings manually to remove the fog in the game. I really don't enjoy the fog personally so I'm just looking for any way that can work on a mac.
