Bug: PS4, Mage light+Inferno

Hi i just remembered when i was playing the other night and messing around i stuck on both inferno and mage light, individually both gave me +20% spell crit from major prophecy on my character screen.
but when i put on mage light first and inferno second i got +30% spell crit. Which didnt change when i opened and closed the character screen. presumably some kind of bug? i dont know if the reality was i did indeed have +30% crit as its hard to test these things on console.
i also didnt know which sub forum to use as its not really PTS.
