Is there a limit to how many things can be hit with an AoE ability?
For example, the Meteor ability I believe only affects 6 people with the knockup, but the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, + still take damage, except they don't get cc'd.
What about skills like Liquid Lightning? Impulse? Magicka Detonation?
What about buffs? Rapid Maneuver? Purge? How many people are affected once you cast it?
