The Willpower/Endurance/other one come from Trophy Vaults.
The quality is not RNG, the piece of the set (ring/axe/sword/chest/etc) is RNG and so is the trait. Apologies for lack of specificity. I think there was a fix to make sure you always get purple a few weeks ago.0 -
