Cyrodil PVE (power level) quests.

I played some PVP on my second account and came across a location called Bruma, did all the quests there for a day (they are repeatable every 24 hours) and made 2000 gold and a whole level (lv 45-46) in 15 mins and found out there are five other locations throughout cyrodil which offer the same gold/xp per day! This is an insanely fast way to level! Each quest you do is like turning in a harbourage quest or a guild quest (you get a significant amount of xp) but it's repeatable, and there's multiple locations throughout cyrodil to do it. Has anybody tried this at veteran level? i know they give you a lot of normal xp but would like to know how much veteran points they give you, can you grind veteran points by doing these missions every day, if you could it would be a fast way to get to V14....

Happy to share the grinding spots, just wasn't sure if they are viable with veteran ranks like they are with normal ranks because I shelved my V3 because it was so slow, half through cadwells silver and was only V3 but luckily I found this.

They're actually pretty fun. Short little quests that are more in line with what you'd expect from an MMO, "go kill me ten rats", but the whole thing is PvP enabled, so there's that added bit of tension.

I also have another alt that is at level 39,so I might try that one if it doesnt work for my higher guys.

It works in vet. It isn't as fast as proper mob grinding, but I think it's less tedious and you occasionally run into PvPers, which can be fun if you like this sort of thing.

They are quite good XP for the time invested. One quest nets you 12k XP at veteran levels, if I remember correctly. That means doing all 50 quests will net you 600k XP or a bit more then half a veteran level.

If you do them on a buff campaign, it works out nicely what with mob killing in between (there's usually a high number of mobs around those questhubs) you can make a veteran rank in a couple hours.

If you can't use transitus to help you jump around and/or if you encounter enemy players in significant numbers, this very quickly turns to crap. It is a valid way to level, especially if you finished gold, but certainly not the fastest.
You are correct @Leandor , as you'll end up with about a million five enlightened towards CP's (provided you have that much enlightenment to burn)

They do require some transit, but you'll also get mob XP's in the process. It's not going to be as quick as grinding, but it's something different in a different landscape, if that's also what you need.

If you're new to PvP, or Cyrodiil in general, it's also a good way to learn the landscape, confront some more difficult critters (mostly NPC's now), and inadvertently engage in some PvP.

It'll teach you to be situationally aware, also.

Last tidbit: There are more than a handful of 'easter eggs' cleverly placed throughout Cyrodiil, some in the farthest reaches of the map (some in places you don't expect you'd be able to go.) There are also some world bosses tucked away that will give you a challenge and some decent rewards.

It's worth rolling through all 50 at least once, and it doesn't take all that long, if for no other reason than to know where you might encounter people and to learn the paths, nooks, and crannies along the way.

The payoff later is highly underrated.

EDIT: While using transitus on a buff campaign will get you places faster, I almost recommend doing it without transitus (at least once) on an otherwise occupied campaign.

It will take you longer, but you'll learn very quickly how to avoid confrontations that are beyond your capability in the process of moving undetected across the entirety of Cyrodiil.

Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Burma is the fastest one as most quests are right in town. Chorrol for example as you riding all over the top quarter of the map. I usually do burma as part of my daily routine has a anchor to farm in town too.

    This.

Don't let your guard down. Things I learned the hard way if you're just PVEing in Cyrodiil:
    • Don't hang around quest givers any longer than you have to
    • Keep shields up when around quest hubs
    • Sneak when you can
    • Keep your eyes open and look around at all times
    • Know exactly what you're going to do (skill/action combo) if you're attacked unexpectedly by another player
    • If you have to pause for a while (e.g. check the map/inventory) in a quest area, take yourself off somewhere hidden to do it
    • Learn the right campaign, locations and times of day that let you complete quests fast and without trouble (unless you're looking for trouble)

Each faction has a buff campaign. Ps4 na dc is skull of corruption. Set the buff campaign as home campaign and get nice buffs including +15% xp. You can pve unmolested in this campaign.

Does this apply to veteran rank and what is the buff campaign on Xbox one?
