Add faction changes then lock the factions. if when you choose DC or AD etc all your toons will only be that faction. it will minimize everyone rolling to the winning side all the dam time. Add a full global chat option for all factions to chat in the one channel and a faction chat option so you can talk and plan without spies .. *grabs tin foil hat* Just a thought, as its not like you do not get to do the other factions through the story like anyway.
