Trying to figure out a Stam/Magicka hybrid build.

I know that hybrids are sort of a dead thing but I always make at the minimum of one hybrid in every Elder Scrolls game regardless. So I am trying to gather some opinions on some thoughts I have for one. My experimental hybrid is towards a Sword and Board Breton Templar at the moment. (low enough of a level to re-roll if needed without a lot of investment.) It's a bit angled more to stamina but I intend to run a respectable number of Magicka options likewise.
So far I am thinking for stats:
Magicka: 10
Health: 5
Stamina: rest (Might convert more to Magicka if it doesn't feel like the magic side isn't up to par.)
Skill Branches used at the moment:
Aedric spear
Restoring Light
Medium Armor
Light Armor
Sword and Board
Bow or Destruction Staff
Race passives
Glyphs: All Magicka
That's all the notes I have on it for now. The concept is geared towards a offensive/utility type of character. I haven't included any armor sets or anything of that nature as I haven't looked into that yet. (Nor haven't gotten that late into the game at all so I would have no clue or opinion on armors.)
