Can we get the in-game chat fixed please (endless channel switch timer)

Anyone else encountering this? I switch channels and (not every time but pretty frequently) it'll show the timer at the bottom where it shows how long before you actually get put in the chat channel you're trying for and it will just sit there counting down from 6 endlessly. Logging out doesn't fix this either, you have to close your game down completely and re-start it. Very irritating.
