STILL CRASHING since the "Sound Fix" Update This Summer

I upgraded my RAM earlier this summer and that made TESO run smoother than ever, I was so happy to have just spent that money on VASTLY improving my gaming experience and then that update comes out-... Suddenly, my purchase means nothing, and crashing is a daily occurrence. I stick around, still paying my monthly fee as I have since launch, thinking "Well, they'll fix this any week now..."
Nope. Not fixed. I don't know what you did in that update but a "Sound Fix" isn't going to turn my PC upside down.
For a while there I could actually play with my friends in Cyrodiil, on GOOD graphics and WELL.
Now? Well. Today I tried logging in on "Runescape graphics", ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, I was still crashing within minutes in Cyrodiil.
NOW I can't even get my character out of Cyrodiil, I log in, min graphics or not, and I can't move two feet. I'm stuck between DC and AD keeps with no way out. I can't fast travel out, I can't do anything... the most I managed was taking off my shoulder armor to see if -somehow- the set bonus' glowy orbs were assisting in the complete inability to play the game I'm paying for.
