Customer Support stinks with this company!

I need some help!!

I have had an issue a few times with this game that required me to email support and each and every time I have to do this I get some auto reply back that is of no use to me it seems. By far the worst email support I have ever experienced!! It makes me so angry now seeing the replies I get back.

Is there anyone on the forums that can help with this? It has been nearly two weeks of logging in and out and i still do not have any more crowns in my account from the monthly sub. I am looking for an explanation as to why they are not there or I am looking for a fix.

I really doubt there is anything I can do on my side by reading any links to put the crowns into my account and since I have been logging in and out for the past two weeks I don't think doing it one more time is going to fix it either....

We encourage you to search our support site at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com for any in-game topics or issues you may have questions about. There are lots of helpful FAQs and links to our social pages.

If you are experiencing any in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance.

Charged for eso plus on 8/5 or 8/6 but have yet to get crowns put into my xbox account

    Is your sub a month-by -month one (ie. you get charged each and every month), or is it a 3-month plan or something? Whichever you take, you get all of the Crowns for your sub period at the start of it. So if your sub renews every 3 months, you get 3 months worth of Crowns in one shot - not 1500 at the start then another 1500 each month. Is that possibly what happened with you?

    Nah, I get charged 14.99 each month. And I have a 14.99 charge on my cc on either the 5th or 6th of this month.

    In that case going through CS is your only way of getting this resolved. Good luck!

    Thanks! Trying to call by phone also but there is a long wait. I just hate having to deal with email support, they have left a bad taste in my mouth.
