dear ZOS could you plz consider reducing the XP-reduction by kill/time frame modifier?(for those who are unaware or dont get what i ment - they applied the AP reduction for rapidly killing one person within a given time frame to the XP/kill value)
with the current implementation i´m gathering less than 1/3 of the XP for 50k AP than i do on life even though you applied a 100% base xp increasement...
that means that PvP becomes even worse in terms of XP gain than it is now wich is allready horrible compared to PvE.
so plz either reduce the reduction or give us some kind of compensation like ~100k xp with every reward of the worthy

Can you clarify how many times are you killing the same people and in what situation you are killng the same people repeatedly in such a short time.
The reason for the change no doubt is to prevent abusing mechanics of kills such as farming your buds from other Alliances.

if you're in IC, many people will jump you brainlessly, get killed and rejump within seconds. i guess their plan is to repeat until a sizeable amount of TVS drop in which case they'd try to bring them to safety.
it is really frustrating to play against those players because they're worth 0 reward, yet you cannot really avoid them

Pretty much this. Res spawns right next to the action and zero reason to benefit for killing these people. It's like The Walking Dead Zerg strategy.....eventually they'll just wear you down and overwhelm you.
Also OP did not mention Rewards of the Worthy. These are now going to be linked to the amount of AP you gain in a set amount of time. According to feedback provided by @Mschroeder :
"Rewards for the Worthy are gated solely on Alliance Point gain. While we have increased the amount of Alliance Points you need to accrue to receive a Rewards for the Worthy mail, it’s solely an increase in the number of Alliance Points you need; no additional time-based mechanics have been implemented. "

Um, did you READ the quote you linked there? "..it's solely an increase in the number of AP you need, no additional time-based mechanics have been implemented."
I am undecided on the change to XP from killing the same player. I understand why they did it, but even in Cyrodiil, you really do end up killing the same people over and over. Because it's mostly the same crowd of folks that participate regularly in PvP, and battling back and forth between keeps is usually a fight between a few different groups or guilds, so you kill a group, then they come back and kill you, and so on and so forth. I would assume at some point this new "time limit" would reset, and you would once again gain xp from killing someone you already killed earlier? But I have yet to see how long it takes for that reset - and that is really what would make this good or bad.
