An idea for the guild store... I promise I won't be snarky, irritable or abusive.

Dear Mr or Ms Person in charge of UI for Guild Stores,

I've noticed that I am able to change the order of items for sale in assending and descending order for price and duration, yet for some reason I am unable to do it for the name of an item. Please, for the love of humanity, could you arrange for this to happen? It's not like the game is pretty big with loads of stuff that I'd rather be doing instead of scrolling though page after page after page of items to find the one item I'm after only to find it's not there and I've wasted more time then is required.

Pretty please. With strawberries. Or just give me a Roast Chicken Recipe. Either one will do, I really don't care. Just do it already!!!!!

Thank you.
I, as a loyal member of the Foamy Cult, do solemnly swear to live a logical life free of stupidity, ignorance and all round jack assery. I shall do my best to enlighten those in need of Squirrelly Wisdom in hope of one day ridding the world of human idiocy. This I swear.

I found a Roast Chicken recipe by going back to Bleakrock and raiding the houses there, even after I had vastly out leveled the area.

A pretty simple and fair ask I believe. This is on console right? The PC master race like myself don't have this problem you see :P

No, I'm on the pc, tell me your secret quickly as I'm in the process of quitting smoking and as you can imagine one is not very happy.

AwesomeGuildStore. I know you can grab it from ESOUI, I don't know if Curse has it. It adds a string filter to the guild store interface (along with some other things.) Meaning you can quickly filter everything on that page to specific names.

Now, the downside is, you can still only see 100 items at a time, and if there's two in the guild store, but they're past the first hundred items, you'll need to page through empty screens to find them... But, it is an option.

Also, for stuff like provisioning materials and recipes, you can use ESO Master Recipe List... I think that's the name. And it can be configured to drop a check mark into the guild store next to provisioning items you're looking for.

Research Assistant will do the same for unresearched traits on items.

It takes a little time to configure them. But they all make finding what you're looking for a lot easier.

Think I found what you are on about, The Guild Store Search add on. It's only good if you are in a several traders guild and they have the item you are looking for. If you have to look outside the guilds you are in to find an item, then you're pretty much having to trawl through pages of trash.

Here's an idea for the guild trader system. Get rid of it. Give us the auction house we're all waiting on.

This is what I was going to suggest - The addon is perfect. especially when combined with MasterMerchant. Cheers @starkerealm for bringing it up sooner than I could :)

Even if you don't have MasterMerchant, AwesomeGuildStore is still stupidly useful.

Agreed. MasterMerchant I find just adds that icing on the cake to make the guild store search and stats as insightful as possible.

    Well...

That's the thing. It's a level 1 recipe. You have to really go out of the way to find them and they have limited use as you can find another recipe that is for better food pretty easily so they aren't sought out as selling targets that much. The whole reason I went back looking for one myself is because I could NOT find one after looking through several traders.
  • stewart.leslie76b16_ESO
Reference AwesomeGuildStore: It does exactly what I require, the search will only pull up items that I'm searching for and I can use partials to browse so if I type in sta or stamina, it will pull up items with sta or stamina respectively. Thanks for the pointer guys.

Oh, and I didn't find any chicken recipes in the stores... So Mr/Ms Guild Store UI Designer you owe me a Roast Chicken recipe as I'm not bothered about the search now
