Login Crashes tied to Issues With Steam?

I happen to believe i have found a possible solution to an issue I've seen on the forums a lot. So for the pas few months i couldn't login to ESO, i had downloaded it via steam, for some reason even time i logged in it would crash and give me a crash report, I contacted Customer support they told me to do the thing in UserSetting.txt in the ESO folder in documents, that didn't work at the time, after fiddling around i thought maybe running ESO in admin would do something, i also used the launcher in the ESO program files rather then booting up in steam. After trying that there was no crashes, i then decided to run it through steam again, and what do you know it crashes. I believe ESO is encountering issues with the steam launcher on some instances (not all). So for anyone experiencing these issues i suggest you play ESO in admin mode via the default launcher.
