No matter where I go, what I play this darn game keeps pulling me back. With all the problems it has all the issues it keeps pulling me back. It's like the mob where you know you should walk away but then it just pulls you back in I said i would never pay another dime to it because of all the problems but nope it pulls me back to my account page and I charge it.

You play with the graphics? Try setting them low then adjusting them up until you get the nice looking non-crashing option! It worked for me after going to win10. There does seem to be an issue with Windows 10, but I am not sure whether it is ESO, immature drivers, or just some compatibility issue with older games.
