you cant do the same enchant - only get it for last quest
and you cant craft such glyph

Or after completing the fighters guild main quest line, a fighters guild gladiator Colosseum where we can hone our skills and earn some champion points.

That is a craftable set nd the imperial city is introducing that weapon enchant. so ya your good.

I know exactly what you quest your talking about. On the live version of the game you cannot get unless you do the quest. However, on the pts in the Imperial City you can. That set it is part of is an 8 trait craft able set right now in the game. The prismatic enchant is not currently in the live version, but has been introduced in the new imperial city dlc. So, once the dlc comes to live you can craft that set and add the prismatic enchant to it. And bam you have your prismatic bow with the same set bonus. Just add your desired trait and upgrade.

there is only one enchant added to IC - its tri-stat enchant
i cannot found any else hmm
