Voice channels

So I'm not presently connected to any voice channels but I can still hear people talking, I think it's clear they know I can't get rid of them either as most of the noise is loud ***/ childish abuse lol. Is there any way I can fix this?

Now it keeps cycling the join channel counter, making that annoying noise every 5 seconds repeatedly. Thats me done for the evening I suppose

This was happening to me Last night, I tried logging out and logging back in but that didn't seem to fix the problem. But i restarted the console and it seemed to fix the issue. However i did notice a few laggy issues afterwards (Such as not being able to dismount for a few seconds after pressing the button and opening up the start menu took a moment longer then usual) tbh i though this may have been an isolated issue...
