Veteran: Elden Hallow Fearkyn Bug

As you can see in the video below me and a couple of friends have been encountering a problem in Veteran Elden Hallow in the PS4 NA Mega-Server.
This is an issue whereas there is a Fearkyn that is invulnerable to all damage and you can't see it great right.
This is standing at of portal which takes you too one of the bosses and the only way which we saw that we saw to get past it is that we all had to die and get into that portal before it started attacking us again.
- This makes Speed-Run achievement a pain.
I'd just like to bring up this issue to ZOS and any other relevant sources,
As promised.
