can't use a controller on the pc

Hey guys,
i connected my Xbox 360 wired controller and played a few hours Skyrim on the PC. Then i wanted to join ESO and.. it does not work and i can't find any settings for it in the menus. Not in the General Menu and not ingame.
I searched for it but most of the posts i find with google are telling me: wait for the console version. And they do exist now so: How can i use my controller to play ESO?

However until then you can use something like Xpadder which is a 3rd party program. If you youtube it you will find instructions.0
