Connecting issues again

This is the second weekend in a row I've been having connetion issues I can log into my charater but when I log in I cannot zone I cannot switch weapons I cannot check or send mail crown store nothing just walk around for about 5 min then back to tirle screen saying check internet my cables modem everything is fine I had my isp do a tap everything is fine nat is open this is on xbox one NA server AGAIN!! If I do not get some good answeres I will probably be done with the gme I love it but this us too much the only time me and my wife get together is weekends and all we want to do is play together and have a good time whats going on here?!? Love the game but this is beyond fustrating

I'm able to connect, but every time I use a wayshrine I'm getting kicked off. Same as last weekend.
