Couple questions about Might of the Guild...

Straightforward answers only plox.
- If I have MotG up, and cast a DoT spell (Liquid Lightning), does it get consumed at the time it is casted, or after the spell is finished?
- If I have MotG up, and cast a DoT spell, then cast another spell, which spell consumes it? (refer to question one for the DoT)
- If I have MotG up, and cast Velocious Curse, does it consume at cast or after detonation?
- Same question as #2
- If I cast Meteor, then activate MotG via Entropy, does the bonus damage apply to the Meteor?
