A couple quick questions about PTS

Will make these quick:
1 - Is GDB functioning properly? I ask because last night i was testing a template sorc and ran into this dk. Me and this other sorc were laying into him and his shield was never dropped for starters, and secondly his life kept going to full from execute range using GDB. With the debuff to healing I dont think GDB should be healing so much should it?
2 - You can break free from the silence of negate?? I know you used to be able to break free from it when it had a stun effect with it, but this same DK in question 1 broke free from the silence, was rooted in place, and was still casting skills inside my bubble. I am sorry bout that can not be correct........
