I logged into the PTS today (Not for the first Time) and all my characters, friends, guilds, EVERYTHING was reset to new account status? is this a bug? why are my Live Characters not transferring to the PTS? Did i miss a patch note or something? is this a known issue?

✭✭✭✭✭PTS was wiped clean and EU megaserver characters were copied over during the patching and maintenance. This was planned and communicated. It's like this every time (though I think I remember EU getting copied first once and NA getting the second wave).
