PC Constantly Crashing in Cyrodiil, Game Freezes, Entire Faction Complaining.

Whats going on with cyrodiil, Me and Thousands of other players are not able to play in cyrodill without the game crashing, freezing up, and dropping. Several instances in cyrodiil end up taking 30 minutes to kill each other. Today it has been amplified by about 10x worst than it already was. Does this have to do with the EURO'S playing on the PTS?

Lets not bash EU or NA though, its not the gamers fault... Seems that server maintenance made things worse...
