Healing ward still double hit by battle spirit

Pretty much as the title says, a max healing ward will heal you for around 6k... this is at low health... You have to be executable AND go without getting hit for 6 seconds to get it this "high"
same character is around 24k + outside of cyrodiil.
How are other abilities looking? like blazing shield/strife/ etc.?

Kerioko✭✭✭✭Yeah the debuffs pretty much makes it so this skill is useless as a main self heal (for nb mostly). The only problem with shields is that they stack on each other. So now do we buff these skills to compensate from the double nerf as the heal is triggered off damage or shield strength? Oh hang on, that will make them OP in PvE land.
