[BUG] Couple of weird Imperial City bugs

1) Weird buggy giant quest arrow of doom!
Has anyone else seen something that looks like this while doing PvE quests in the IC?
btw, thanks to the nice DC players who didn't PK me while I was in the /bug interface
2) Spot where you get stuck
I managed to get myself totally stuck on the roof while jumping down from the AD respawn point. Here are many screenshots to show the exact location:
It was extra-annoying because I couldn't use /stuck because there were people fighting near enough to me that I was flagged as being "in combat".
