[BUG] Coldharbour - The Vault Of Haman Forgefire

I cannot enter this particular delve on the PTS. I'm probably the only person on the entire PTS that is in Coldharbour, so I know it's not due to lag or overcrowding. I've tried 10 times in a row to enter this delve and I get an infinite loading screen every single time. I can run around everywhere else in Coldharbour just fine.

✭Some of the loading seems to be bugged on the current pts build, for example, porting straight to the White-Gold Tower did not work for anybody in my group and just resulted in infinite loading screens, one person had to go there physically and then everyone else ported to that person. Hopefully this doesn't carry over to the Live *fingerscrossed*
