Yes, it stacks. I would not want to make a whole set though. I'd throw in a few Infused as well.

specifically use infused on helm, chest and legs as they have the largest enchantment bonus, put the rest divines.

Yup. It depends on the character and the build, but I usually go with Infused on the pieces where you get the full enchant (head, chest, legs, and shield if applicable), and divines on the rest. It might be worth noting that this is for PVE - I don't know what is or isn't viable/optimal for PVP.

Generally, the formula for that is to use Infused on your major pieces that get 100% of the Enchantments used on them (Head, Chest, Legs), and Divines on the smaller pieces (shoulders, gloves, feet, belt). Some mix in Reinforced, Impen or Nirnhoned on the smaller pieces.

Getting more from your Mundus tho is a good thing.

It's very nice when using the atronarch, the extra 30% magicka regen bonus is about~ , thats not including how much extra it's boosted by racial, armour and weapon passives.

I think how good it is depends largely on which mundus stone you're using. To me it seems to make a much more noticeable difference for the mundus stones that flat-out boost stats than it does for the stones that provide a percentage increase to things. I haven't really done any proper analysis on it, though, so I could be way off-base on that.

They stack but not in the way you think its what ever you mundus is say 25% regen to magic then divine at 5% so add it to 25% makes 1.25% added not 5% making it 30%

Thats why a mudes that gives a flat amout is better

What about armor rating increase? Or crit resist? Are these really unuseable? (Cant remeber all 9, i do remember well fitted i have no interest in) mundus stone thing actually surprised me (as the stones weren't so important in the other TES games)

Also why so much love for spell resist? Is there really so low melee that focusing on spell resist is that good?

And your weapon/spell dmg is high enough? Because if you have a low weapon/spell dmg, the extra dmg given by the crit will not be amazing enough.

Same if you don't have spell/armor penetration.

    Nirn gives both, Spell res/penetration
