Yup. It depends on the character and the build, but I usually go with Infused on the pieces where you get the full enchant (head, chest, legs, and shield if applicable), and divines on the rest. I think how good it is depends largely on which mundus stone you're using. To me it seems to make a much more noticeable difference for the mundus stones that flat-out boost stats than it does for the stones that provide a percentage increase to things.
