1. can i get new matersials vr15-16 from hirelings?
2. can i get them from writ rewards?
3. can i get new recipes from writ rewards?
4. can i get new runes potency and essence from writ rewards?
5. can i get new runes from hirelings?

    1. yes, although it is somewhat rare (got about 3 mats in 10 hireling mails) and I have never seen more than 1 (already refined) mat from a hireling mail.

    Yes, but that raw item is not v15/v16, it is still v14 (voidstone for instance). There's a small chance you will also get a v15/v16 mat (refined, not raw).

    I only tried at max levels (3 points in hireling, 10 points in the crafting level)
