Nice fight. The imperial city terrain suits you perfectly. Bow is an interesting choice, for hasty retreat i'm guessing? Is it worth using over dual wield + blade cloak?

For stamina gain probably, via heavy attacks. When you have weighted trait on it, it's pretty fast. And gaining ~1k stamina each time you do is kinda op imo

I'd heard it couldn't crit at all though I haven't tested it myself.

So much survivability, but why bow and not resto staff? Seems like you barely use any weapon skills though so I guess it doesn't matter too much which you use!

Assuming he's got 1500k+mag regen, bow solves need for stam regen if all gear going towards mag. Yea the sword can do the same, but bow is the only ranged stam weapon so he can fire off a heavy attack to regain some stam. His regen is probably a minimum of 700 for stam. Harness magika for both shield and mag regen.

His playing skills are the main dmg (those timed dodge rolls, sexy) with spears for shock value and vamp for escape. 2hand rush for always crit, and 2hand dmg passive.

Solid build! Might remove dual weld in favor of 2h after this.
